After waiting to try The Ordinary range from DECIEM for the longest time, I decided to just purchase some products. Picked up these items from their flagship store in Old Spitalfields, London.
The whole line has a pharmaceutical/dermatological look to it. Packaging is quite simple, sleek and smart. What compelled me to try out some of the products was the ethos of the company (Cheap quality products). The names of the products can be a little confusing, but they are simply just chemical names without the fancy additions. Each bottle has a brief description of what it is used for. I would highly suggest doing your own research if you are considering buying from DECIEM. Their website is extremely detailed and will provide most of the information you might be after. Watching some reviews could help with your decision making process.
They have three sets of regimens addressing: pigmentation (discolouration), ageing and dehydration. I went with the pigmentation set with a slight twist.
What I purchased:
So far I am enjoying these products. I've only been using them for three weeks and am seeing a more clearer, brighten and smoother skin. My favourite products so far are Alpha Lipoic acid and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. With that been said, I do have somethings I don't like about the products. When I did apply makeup ( I rarely did) it inferred with my foundation and brow product.
Am seriously obsessed with The Ordinary I would like to try out their Coverage foundation, Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution and AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. I will be doing an update later on any changes/improvements and a skincare routine.
*No before photos since I didn't take a makeup free selfie before I started using the line.
